Opera Botanica depicts a vibrant scene filled with exotic flora that brings some tropical splendour to any living space. Several unusual insects lurk among the leaves and flowers, as if awaiting discovery. The bold, hand-drawn pattern pays tribute to the 17th-century naturalist and scientific illustrator, Maria Sibylla Merian. Modern digital technologies are used to transfer the detailed design onto a premium linen-blend textile.
