Adding a new dimension to our abstract Marble series, Gerhard Gum pays homage to the prophet of pigment, colour and pixel, Gerhard Richter. Like our Marble Gum print, Gerhard Gum is a digital echo of the distortions Richter created when he dragged inks under a squeegee through the print screen. The pattern is printed in four colourways onto a velvet textile with a subtle sheen and strokable softness.
