In 2015, private aviation company, NetJets, commissioned Timorous Beasties to create a tail-wrap for their signature series, the Challenger 350 jet.
The intricate design took two months to design, ten hours to apply, and made its debut at ArtBasel, Switzerland.
The Challenger 350 was designed by aircraft manufacturer, Bombardier. The tail-wrap surface design by Timorous Beasties follows through on NetJets’ red, white and blue signature stripe, culminating in geometric moths in chevron pattern repeats.
The inner front and back covers of Kate Bush’s programme for her tour “Before The Dawn”, along with the end papers, are printed with the fantastic seabed design found on the ticket's artwork and lithograph.
After two years in development, Timorous Beasties’ decorative exterior installation at Princes Square luxury shopping arcade on Glasgow's Buchanan Street was completed November 2011.
TB have once again joined forces with the best in Scottish design and provided illustrations for the new £50 notes for Royal Bank of Scotland, to complete the family of notes entitled 'The Fabric of Nature'.
TB were commissioned by publisher Profile Books to create some twisted toile inspired illustrations for Sarah Perry's new book 'Essex Girls - For Profane and Opinionated Women Everywhere'.
