Glasgow Showroom event

Last Thursday evening, industry friends and clients were invited along to our Glasgow showroom for a private viewing of the new digital fabric collection and Barberinni superwide wallpaper.  It was a great evening and opportunity for a drink and a chat.

ICFF - New York

This year at ICFF, Timorous Beasties will be presenting a new range of digitally printed linens for drapery and upholstery. The new collection based on the natural world, challenges the idea of beauty, with detailed images of moths and insects.  The collection contains six patterns including two custom vistas, Fieldfare and Colours.  Please come along and meet us:

Museums Sheffield's Millennium Gallery

Finding inspiration in the John Ruskin collection at Museums Sheffield's Millennium Gallery, Timorous Beasties presents 'A Bird in the Hand' exhibition.

'A Bird in the Hand' sees Timorous Beasties embrace and subvert the traditional Victorian aesthetics of the 19th century to surreal and provocative effect. Completely transforming the gallery, Timorous Beasties' brand new installation challenges perceptions of nature and tradition. Following a two-year research project based around the Ruskin collection, the designers have taken their inspiration from ornithological specimens and Ruskin's own notes, as well as the illustrations of Thomas Bewick and François Le Vaillant. This range of new works will be applied to everything from light shades to furniture and fabrics to create a 21st century Victorian parlour.
